Cotlet de porc la cuptor pe pat de legume / Baked pork chops on vegetable bed





Ingrediente:
6 cartofi
1 punga baby carrots congelati
3 cepe rosii mici
5 cotlete de porc fara os
sare, piper, boia
frunze de patrunjel
ulei de masline

Se toarna putin ulei in tava si se aseaza cartofii taiati rondele, morcovii si ceapa taiata in bucati mari. Se presara cu frunze de patrunjel. Cotletele se condimenteaza cu sare, piper si boia si se aseaza peste legume. Se stopesc legumele si canea cu ulei si se dau la cuptor pentru o ora la foc mai mic, iar apoi 10-15 minute la foc mare.

Am servit cu mujdei :) Legumele au fost atat de bune ... se topeau in gura, si cu un gust dulceag ca nu le-am condimentat deloc.

Ingredients:

3 small red onions
5 pork chops
salt, pepper, paprika
green parsley
olive oil

Am primit aceste premii de la Amy si de la Bucatar maniac, carora le multumesc frumos pentru ele. Le ofer cu mult drag tuturor din lista mea !

Cufarul cu surprize si floarea nebuna / Surprize chest and crazy flower











Paine:
360 gr faina
1 plic drojdie uscata
3 linguri ulei de masline
180 ml apa calduta
sare
boia, praf de rozmarin
Salata de legume:
rosii
morcov taiat cubulete
masline verzi
porumb
ceapa verde
salata verde
ridichi
frunze de patrunjel

Se framanta un aluat din faina, drojdie, ulei de masline sare si apa si se lasa la dospit o ora. Se rup din aluat 2 bucatele. Una dintre ele se framanta bine cu boia, iar cealalta cu praf de rozmarin din plic, pana prind culori frumoase. Se intind doua foi si se taie fasii, care apoi se impletesc.

Restul de aluat se intinde intr-o foaie si se ruleaza. Se unge cu ou batut cu o lingura de lapte. Se aseaza grilajul colorat peste aluat si se unge iar cu ou batut. Se aseaza painica intr-o forma de chec si se coace aproximativ 50-60 de minute, la 180C.

Se scoate din cuptor, iar dupa ce se raceste se taie frumos capacul in fata si le laterale si se scobeste de miez. Se aseaza in interior frunze de salata verde, iar apoi salata de legume. Se orneaza dupa preferinta. Se fac in partea din fata sus si jos 2 gauri, si se leaga cu o frunza de ceapa verde.

Paza cufarului este asigurata de floarea nebuna ... paznicul de secole al acestuia ...deci pentru a obtine codul de acces aceasta trebuie eliminata prima !

Bread:
360 gr flour
7 gr dry yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
180 ml warm water
salt
pepper, rosemary powder
Vegetable salad:
tomatoes
carrot cut into small cubes
green olives
corn
green onion
lettuce
radish
leaf parsley

Prepare a dough from flour, yeast, olive oil,salt and water and leave it an hour in a warn place.
Take 2 little pieces from dough. Mix one with red paprika, and the other with rosemary powder, to catch up color.
Roll out and cut stripes, then knit.
Roll out the remaining dough and then roll in. Brush with beaten egg..
Put the colored grill over the dough and brush again with beaten egg.
Bake the bread for 50-60 minutes at 180C.
Remove from oven and after it cools cut a lid and hollow out the content.
Put inside lettuce and vegetable salad.
Make two little holes in the front, and tie with a green onion leaf.

The crazy flower is the chest watchman for centuries, so if you want to have access to the treasure you have to eliminate the flower first :)

Briose cu cacao si glazura de cafea / Cocoa muffins with coffe frosting



Ingrediente:
50 gr cacao
240 ml apa fierbinte
200 gr faina
1/2 praf de copt
putina sare
110 gr unt
150 gr zahar
1 zahar vanilat
2 oua
Glazura:
zahar praf
1 plic ness
apa

Se amesteca intr-un bol cacaoa cu apa fierbinte. Se adauga untul topit si se lasa sa se raceasca. Intr-un alt bol se amesteca faina cu praful de copt, sarea, zaharul si zaharul vanilat. Se adauga ouale in compozitia de cacao. Se mixeaza bine. Se adauga apoi amestecul cu faina si se mixeaza pana se obtine o compozitie cremoasa. Se toarna in formele de briose si se coc aproximativ 30 de minute la 180C. Mie mi-au iesit 17 briose.
Se prepara glazura si se toarna peste briose. Se decoreaza cu boabe ce cafea.

Ingredients:
50 gr cocoa
240 ml hot water
200 grams flour
1/2 baking powder
pinch of salt
110 gr butter
150 gr sugar
1 vanilla sugar
2 eggs
Frosting:
powdered sugar
instant coffee
water

Mix hot water with cocoa in a bowl. Add melted butter and let cool. In another bowl mix flour with baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs in the composition of cocoa. Mix well. Then add the flour mixture and mix to obtain a creamy composition. Pour in the muffins forms and bake about 30 minutes at 180C. I obtained 17 muffins. Prepare the frosting and pour over the muffins. Decorate with coffee beans.

Biscuiti cu branza si pastrama de porc / Cheese and Bacon Biscuits

Ingrediente:
125+ gr faina
140 gr unt
sare
30 gr branza telemea
30 gr cascaval
30 gr pastrama de porc

Se pune faina intr-un bol. Se adauga untul taiat bucatele, sarea, apoi branza, cascavalul si pastrama de porc date prin razatoare. Se framanta putin cu mainile si se toarna compozitia pe suprafata de lucru presarata cu faina. Se presara faina si peste aluat si se intinde cu sucitorul. Se impacheteaza, se presara din nou faina si se intinde. Se repeta aceasta operatiune de mai multe ori, pana cand se leaga bine aluatul.
Se intinde apoi o foaie, se decupeaza forme si se inteapa cu furculita. Se coc la foc mare, pana se rumenesc. Ies niste biscuiti sfaramiciosi, cu o aroma foarte faina. Merg bine cu un vin rosu sec :)

125+ gr flour
140 gr butter
a generous pinch of salt
1/2 of a thick slice of bacon
30 g. hard sharp salty cheese
30 g. cheese like Emmenthal

Roughly work the butter into the flour. Mince the bacon and cheese very fine and add in into the butter & flour mixture. Pat this dough into a rough rectangle, and using flour generously to keep it from sticking to your board, roll it out to about a centimeter or 1/2" thick. If it sticks, use a knife to release it, and sprinkle the wet side with flour.
Fold it over into thirds, one side and then the other, overlapping. Do not chill in between folding. Roll it out again, and then fold it again, turning the rougher edges into the center. Do this several times.
After your final folding, roll it out again. Prick the surface of the dough with a fork. Cut the squares from the dough and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a 200C hot oven until they turn brown.
They are great with dry red wine :)
