Prajitura "Regele Mihai" / "King Michael" cake


Reteta de la mami.

Blat 1:
5 oua
5 linguri de zahar
5 linguri de faina
Blat 2:
4 albusuri
200 gr zahar
100 gr nuca prajita si tocata marunt
1/2 praf de copt
3 linguri de faina
Crema:
300 ml lapte
6 linguri de zahar
1 budinca de vanilie
4 galbenusuri
200 gr unt
2 pachete biscuiti picnic cu cacao

Pentru primul blat, se separa albusurile de galbenusuri. Albusurile se bat spuma cu 2 linguri de zahar. Se freaca 3 linguri de zahar cu galbenusurile. Se amesteca cele doua compozitii si se adauga faina. Se coace 15 minute.

Pentru blatul doi, se bat albusurile spuma cu zaharul, se adauga nucile, faina si praful de copt. Se coace 20 de minute.


Se face budinca (eu am avut de vanilie cu bucatele de migdale), in care se amesteca si cele 4 galbenusuri. Se lasa sa se raceasca. Se mixeaza apoi cu untul si se lasa putin la frigider.


Asamblare: primul blat - 1/2 crema - biscuiti - 1/2 crema - blat cu nuca - glazura.

Eu am pus peste o glazura de caramel la plic.

Layer 1:
5 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons flour
Layer 2:
4 egg whites
200 grams sugar
100 gr walnuts fried and minced
1/2 baking powder
3 tablespoons flour
Cream:
300 ml milk
6 tablespoons sugar
1 vanilla pudding
4 egg yolks
200 grams butter
2 packs cocoa biscuits

For the first layer, beat the egg whites with 2 tablespoons sugar. Mix 3 tablespoons sugar with egg yolks. Combine the two compositions and add the flour. Cook for 15 minutes.

For leyer 2 beat the egg whites with sugar, add walnuts, flour and baking powder. Cook for 20 minutes.

Make the pudding with 300 ml milk (I had vanilla pudding with pieces of almonds), add the egg yolks and mix well. Let it cool and then mix it with butter and put it in the refrigerator.

Assembly: layer 1 - 1/2 cream - biscuits - 1/2 cream - walnuts layer - frosting. I use instant caramel frosting.
