Ciorba cu conopida si mazare / Cauliflower and peas soup

Ingrediente:
1 ceapa
1/2 ardei
2 morcovi subtiri
400 gr mazare congelata
1/2 conopida mica
delikat, sare, piper, boia
2 cuburi Knorr smantana si patrunjel
1 lingura otet
2 linguri sos de rosii
parunjel

Ceapa si ardeiul se toaca marunt si se calesc in putin ulei. Se adauga morcovii taiati rondele si apa. Buchetelele de conopida se desfac marunt si se adauga la ciorba. Se adauga delikat si se lasa la fiert. Cand conopida este fiarta se adauga mazarea si condimentele. Se mai lasa putin la fiert si se adauga patrunjelul verde tocat.

Ingredients:
1 onion
1/2 pepper
2 thin carrots
400 grams frozen peas
1/2 small cauliflower
delikat, salt, pepper, paprika
2 Knorr cubes with parsley and cream
1 spoon vinegar
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
green parsley

Fry the finely
choped onion and pepper in olive oil. Add carrots choped into slices and water. Add small pieces of cauliflower to the soup. Add delikat and let boil. When cauliflower is boiled add peas and spices. Let to boil another 2 minutes and add chopped green parsley.
