Chilli con carne la cuptor / Baked chilli

Ingrediente:

500 gr carne de vita

2 cepe

1 ardei verde

5 catei de usturoi

1 conserva fasole rosie

1 conserva porumb

1 rosie mare,

2 lingurite chilli

2 lingurite sare

1 lingurita chimion macinat

1 lingurita piper

Chifle:

130 gr faina

130 gr faina de malai

1 praf de copt

sare

1 ou

2 linguri smantana


Cepele, ardeiul si usturoiul se toaca marunt si se calesc in putin ulei de masline.
Se adauga carnea tocata si condimentele. Se lasa la foc mic. Dupa ce carnea e facuta, se adauga rosia decojita, taiata cubulete, fasolea si porumbul. Se amesteca si se mai lasa 3 minute pe foc.

Pentru chifle, se pun intr-un bol faina, faina de malai si praful de copt. Se adauga oul, smantana.
Se amesteca si se adauga treptat apa. Compozitia nu trebuie sa fie prea tare, nici prea moale.
Mie cred ca mi-a iesit un pic cam prea moale ... ca numa a chifle cu arata :)


Se toarna amestecul de carne intr-o tava si se aseaza deasupra aluatul.

Se da la cuptor pana se rumeneste.

Ingredients:
500 gr beef meat
2 onions
1 green pepper
5 garlic cloves
1 preserved red bean
1 preserved sweet corn
1 big tomato
2 spoons chilli
2 spoons salt
1 spoon cumin
1 spoon pepper
Dough:
130 gr flour
130 gr corn flour
1 baking powder
salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons sour cream

Cook the onions, peppers and garlic in a skillet, in 1 spoon of little olive oil.
Add minced meat and spices. After meat is done, add the tomato cut in small cubes, beans and corn.
Mix and cook for 3 minutes.

For dough, place flour, corn flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add eggs, sour cream. Mix well and add water gradually.

Pour meat mixture into a tray and put the dough on top. Baked until the rolls turn brown.
