Rulouri cu frisca si kiwi / Kiwi-cream cookie snaps

Rulouri:
100 gr zahar
1 zahar vanilat
40 gr faina
2 albusuri
60 gr unt
putina sare
Umplutura:
3 kiwi
100 ml frisca lichida
zahar pudra dupa gust

Untul se topeste si se lasa la racit. Se adauga apoi la compozitia formata din zahar, zahar vanilat, albusuri si faina. Se amesteca bine. Se ia din compozitie cu o lingura si se aseaza aluatul in tava pe hartie de copt. Se da o forma rotunda. Se coc 7-8 minute, pana incep sa se rumeneasca pe margini. Se scot din cuptor si cat timp sunt calde, se ruleaza si se preseaza cu degetul marginile ca se se uneasca. Se coc 4 bucati odata. Din aceasta compozitie ies 8 bucati.

Frisca lichida se bate pana se intareste bine, si se adauga apoi zahar pudra dupa gust si kiwi taiat bucatele mici. Se poate face si cu alte fructe: capsuni, caise, portocala ...

Se umplu rulourile cu frisca. Este un desert simplu, gustos si usor.

Rolls:
100 grams sugar
1 vanilla sugar
40 gr flour
2 egg whites
60 gr butter
pinch of salt
Filling:
3 kiwi
100 ml whipped cream
powdered sugar to taste

Melt the butter and leave to cool. Then mix it well with sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and egg whites.
Take one spoon from the batter and form a round on the baking paper. Make 4 cookies at a time.
Bake at 200C for 5-8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Take one cookie an form into a tube. Press lightly to seal.
If cookies become too cool to shape, return to oven for 1 minute to soften. Repeat with remaining batter.
Fill them with whipped cream and little pieces of kiwi. Add more powdered sugar in the filling if you like. You can use other fruits like strawberry, apricot, orange
.
It is a simple and tasty dessert.
