Prajitura cu mac si piersici / Poppy seeds and peach cake


Reteta Laura

Aluat:

200 gr unt

150 gr zahar

1 zahar vanilat

4 oua
300 gr faina

50 gr amidon

1 plic praf de copt

Crema:

350 ml lapte

50 gr unt

250 gr mac macinat

80 gr gris

3 linguri rom

150 gr zahar

1 compot de piersici

3 oua


Intr-un castron se amesteca untul, zaharul, zaharul vanilat si ouale.
Separat se amesteca faina, praful de copt si amidonul. Se cern deasupra compozitiei si se inglobeaza. Aluatul se aseaza in tava si se niveleaza. Se dau in fiert laptele si untul. Se adauga macul si grisul, cu romul si zaharul si se lasa sa fiarba putin impreuna. Se ia vasul de pe foc si compozitia se lasa sa se raceasca. Se incinge cuptorul la 180 grade C. Piersicile se pun intr-o sita si se lasa sa se scurga. Ouale se inglobeaza pe rand in crema de mac si gris apoi aceasta se repartizeaza deasupra blatului. Jumatatile de piersici se aseaza peste crema, cu gaura in jos. Se coace 40 de minute.

Dough:
200 grams butter
150 gr sugar
1 vanilla sugar
4 eggs
300 gr flour
50 g cornstarch
1 baking powder
Cream:
350 ml milk
50 gr butter
250 g grated poppy seeds
80 gr semolina
3 tablespoons rum
150 gr sugar
1 peach compote
3 eggs

In a bowl mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Separately mix flour, baking powder and starch. Sprinkle over the composition and combine. Put the dough in the tray.
Boil milk and butter. Add poppy seeds, rum and sugar and let them stew a bit together. Then let it cool, then add the eggs and mix well.
Pour the cream over the dough and place peach halfs. Cook 40 minutes.
