Se adauga ceapa si usturoiul tocate marunt, patrunjelul verde, oul, sare si piper, pesmet. Se amesteca bine si se formeaza chiftelutele, punand in mijloc cate un cubulet de cascaval. Se aseaza in tava pe hartie de copt si se coc pana se rumenesc. Se aseaza apoi intr-un vas de yena, se toarna sosul de rosii condimentat cu sare, piper, oregano si busuioc si se presara deasupa cascaval ras. Se pune din nou la cuptor pentru 10-15 minute. Se toarna compozitia in tava cu margini detasabile, unsa si tapetata cu faina si se coace aprox 20 de minute. Intre timp se pregateste crema. Dupa ce blatul s-a racit putin, se insiropeaza cu sirop din compotul de visine. Se toarna crema, se niveleaza si se aseaza fructele deasupra. Se prepara gelatina si se toarna peste fructe. Cand este rumenita se adauga pe rand legumele taiate in fasii subtiri: ceapa, morcovii, ardeiul, apoi mazarea (a mea a fost foarte cruda si n-a trebuit fiarta inainte). Se lasa sa se caleasca putin legumele. Se adauga sosul de soia, amidonul si putina apa. Se adauga apoi si albusurile spuma si se amesteca bine. Se toarna compozitia in boluri si se lasa la racit.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;">Se mixeaza galbenusurile cu zaharul si amidonul. Se adauga putin cate putin vinul, apoi se pune vasul la foc mic. Se lasa 2-3 minute apoi se mixeaza pana isi dubleaza volumul. Nu lasati sa fiarba deoarece se poate taia. Telemeaua se da pe razatoare si se amesteca impreuna cu ouale si sunca presata taiata in bucatele mici. Se poate renunta la sunca, eu aveam feliile astea pierdute prin frigider si nu stiam ce sa fac cu ele :) Se condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Atentie la sare daca si telemeaua este destul de sarata.<br /><br />Se imparte aluatul in trei si se intind foi dreptunghiulare subtiri. Se aseaza umplutura pe jumatate si se acopera cu cealalta jumatate. Se aseaza in tava, pe hartie de copt, incretind un pic sa incapa toate trei. Se toarna in tava peste hartia de copt si se coace aprox 30 de minute.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;">Intre timp se pun caramelele si frisca lichida la topit la foc mic, dupa care se adauga nucile. Dupa ce scoatem blatul din cuptor, il lasam sa se raceasca putin, apoi turnam toppingul. Se pune la frigider pana se intareste. Se adauga faina si praful de copt, dupa care se aseaza in tava unsa si tapetata cu faina si se niveleaza.<br />Se mixeaza branza cu ouale si zaharul. Se adauga coaja rasa si zeama de lamaie si se toarna deasupra blatului. Peste stratul de branza se aseaza fructele.<br />Se coace aprox 40 de minute la 180C. Eu l-am prajit in tigaia grill luata de la Real pe puncte. Pentru salata, se da morcovul pe razatoare, se adauga porumbul, ceapa rosie tocata si patrunjelul verde. Se adauga putin ulei de masline si piper. Premiile sint pe masura, locul 1 urmind a intra in posesia a 500 ron! <p>Este foarte simplu sa inscrii reteta in concurs. Trebuie doar sa fii sigur ca are o fotografie de foarte buna calitate, iar modul de preparare este scris in detaliu, aceasta deoarece intrarea in concurs se va face doar dupa ce reteta va trece de filtrul exigent al bucatarasilor.</p> <p>Pentru ca Bucataras.ro s-a declarat fanul blogosferei culinare si a infiintat un Catalog al acesteia, in care sint peste 150 de bloguri inscrise, cu peste 8.000 de retete, singura conditie obligatorie a concursului este ca blogul pe care ai scris reteta sa fie in acest catalog.</p><p>Ce faci daca nu este? Se lasa sa stea la temperatura camerei o ora, dupa care se intinde o foaie, se decupeaza si se intinde in formele unse si tapetate cu faina. Se inteapa la baza cu furculita, se lasa formele in frigider pentru 15 minute, apoi se coc aprox 15-20 de minute.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;">Se curata morcovul si se taie in cubulete mici. Se pune la fiert adaugand mai spre final si mazarea. Cand sunt fierte se scurg si se lasa sa se raceasca. Se taie si ardeii si ceapa in cubulete mici. Se amesteca toate legumele cu maioneza (1 galbenus, 1 lingurita de mustar, ulei) si se condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Se amesteca bine si se adauga coaja rasa de lamaie si visinele. Se toarna compozitia in forma unsa si tapetata cu faina si se lasa la copt aprox 30 de minute.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana;">Intre timp se bat albusurile spuma cu zaharul si zeama de lamaie. Se intinde gemul peste blatul scos din cuptor, apoi spuma de albusuri si se presara putin mac. Se adauga nuca macinata si grisul si se mixeaza. Voi adaugati si galbenusurile, ca asa este reteta ! Eu le-am vazut pe blatul de lucru dupa ce bagasem tava la cuptor :) A iesit bun si asa ;) Se toarna compozitia in tava, pe hartie de copt si se coace 20 de minute.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-family:verdana;">Se bate frisca si se amesteca apoi cu piureul de castane. Eu am avut piure unguresc, in ambalaj auriu ca de unt. Foarte bun si aromat, n-am mai adaugat nimic.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-family:verdana;">Dupa ce blatul s-a racit, l-am taiat in doua pe latime si am pus crema la mijloc. Mergea foarte bine insiropat, dar bineinteles ca am uitat :) Se orneaza cu frisca si se tine la frigider.
